Arralis has an extensive range of satellite-oriented products at Microwave and Millimetre-wave frequencies. This includes MMICs, Transceivers, Modules and Antennas.
As such we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to report to the CEO to handle all of the technical aspects of component, module, system and antenna sales and product marketing. The position includes direct customer support, liaison with engineering and rapid reaction to price and technical queries. Worldwide travel is envisaged.
The marketing side requires the generation of business plans, managing sales partners, developing sales channels, and specifying new and old products.
The successful candidate will need to be an essential part of the management team and will be assessed on his or her quantitative results.
The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate deep technical knowledge and understanding of microwave and millimetre-wave and be articulate in dealings with senior engineers and managers. The position would suit an experienced sales and marketing professional or possibly an ambitious and dynamic personality with 5-10 years of sales experience who wants to move into a management position and make a valuable contribution to the direction of the company.
Desirable skills, experience and education
Proven History of building business, meeting forecasts and delivering high profitability sales.
Education Level: Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Physics with a bias towards RF and Microwave technology.
